Vendors and Tabling Share Your Creations and Your Mission With Us

Welcoming people with disabilities, and their supporters, to sell their creations or table at the Festival. Artists, artisans, and makers of every kind are invited to apply as vendors, and sponsor organizations at the Preserve level can reserve a table to meet attendees. Become a Vendor or Table

Our vendors are a critical part of the Adirondack Nature Festival for People with Disabilities.

We are seeking out artists and artisans of every kind, including painters, crafters, musicians, and more, to sell their products at the Festival.

We are also seeking tablers from sponsor organizations that align with our mission.

Vendors bring the Festival to life. Shopping with local artists and makers gives attendees a chance to take home something special while supporting creators with disabilities.

Whether you paint, weave, carve, make music, or craft something all your own, we would love to see your work. Tell us a little about yourself and what you make in the application below.

Tabling is for sponsor organizations at the Preserve level. It is a chance to meet attendees and show your support for an accessible outdoors. If your organization is not yet a sponsor, you can sign up on our Sponsor the Festival page.

Vendor and Sponsor Tabling Application

Our vendors and tabling organizations are at the heart of the Festival. Vendors share the talent and creativity of artists and makers with disabilities, and tabling organizations connect attendees with the services and support that help them live fully. We could not hold the Festival without them. Use this form to apply as a vendor or to reserve a table. Choose Vendor if you would like to sell your creations, or Sponsor Tabling if your organization sponsors the Festival at the Preserve level. Please have a short description of your work or organization ready, along with a website or social media link if you have one. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Definition of a person with a disability

The ADA defines a person with a disability as a person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activity. This includes people who have a record of such an impairment, even if they do not currently have a disability. It also includes individuals who do not have a disability but are regarded as having a disability.

Vendors

We welcome people with disabilities, and their supporters, to apply to become vendors at the Festival. Vendors will offer their products for sale to the general public.

All products provided by vendors should be themed for nature. However, we will consider other products once submitted.

We are currently seeking out artists and artisans who can provide any creative artistic works including, but not limited to, drawing, painting, photography, writing, music, crafts, candle making, soap making, sculpture, and pottery.
